Grand Master’s Inaugural Ride

First Annual Widows Sons Grand Masters Ride Ontario Provincial Board along with the North Channel, Peel, NEWS and Algoma East Chapters invite you to the First Annual Grand Masters Ride.

Dates: August 14–16 Location: 24500 Highway 17 (west of Blind River, Ontario)

Admittance fee for WS for the weekend is $20 per person.

Weekend Schedule

Friday – Arrival Fellowship Kick off the weekend by connecting with friends—old and new—from across the regions. Meet the Grand Master and enjoy an evening of camaraderie.

Saturday – Grand Masters Inaugural Ride.

Join us for a scenic and charitable poker run:

• 1st card (event site): $60

• 2nd card: $10

• 3rd card: $10 – Elliot Lake Lodge (refreshments courtesy of the Huron Shrine Club)

• 4th card: $10 – convenient stop along Highway 17

• 5th card: $10 – return to event site

Enjoy a photo opportunity along the beautiful Little White River.

Live entertainment to follow on Saturday evening.

All proceeds support a charitable cause.

Penewobikong Lodge #487 of Blind River will be having a Fish Fry on Saturday at the site.

• Limited space for trailers, toy haulers, and RVs

• Ample tent space available

• On-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, and sauna

• Shuttle service will run Friday and Saturday for those staying off-site

Getting There

From Blind River (westbound):1. Travel west on Highway 17 past the road side rest area2. Stay in right lane of the passing lane3. Not far after the start of the passing lane, look to your right4. The site is two houses past the road side rest area From the west (eastbound):1. Pass Dean Lake Bridge2. Continue past Farmers Road, Old Mine Road, and the Ford garage sign3. Watch the left-hand side of the highway4. The site will be clearly visible
